Hi Kids!

*waves*

It's cold in Roseville,
Maybe even colder than Berkeley
I'm wearing a candy-colored
Sweater with fuzzy pants
Stayed up last night to read Wind-Up Bird Chronicle again,
Yet, again, fell asleep to dream
Of rescuing our studio and school from condescending military Germans who believed they were
Ubermensch, and we were naive in our farce of a democracy, and yet I stood to stay, we were young and we
Really believed that things changed, they were always changing,
Of course, to believe in a steady state was naive; we exist on a nanosecond time scale,
Ready to accept the forces that invade, because we knew the reason for invasion was believing in the permanent! Not
Only did Einstein tell this to the scientific world many many years before we were born, we

Live it in our every day
Until tomorrow and tomorrow. We liked to believe in friends, not enemies. Even those
Very competive, who were at heart, we know, still interested in our welfare, because to survive--

How else could we survive?
Understand, we need each other.
And, who could live alone, like the filthy core of certain Americans? The rest of us know,
No one can!
