Ando's Lecture II
March 16 -- Another awesome lecture by none other than the ever-so-frequently monographed legend himself: Tadao. Ando.
Besides speaking about taking over a city block by phasing, fighting officials, urging CFO's to build his work, the man-made destruction and man-made forest regeneration of a Kobe hillside, the power of celebrity (David Beckham), and merging the natural world with interior space ... he said something that really caught it at the core: "Be careful when you're working with artists. These are people with strong ideas."
