YES! beverly cleary was one of my favorite authors. i love anthropomorphic characters.
i love this lil guy. i want to put him (her) on a "goodbye, you're graduating from college & moving" card.
incidentally, one of my roommates wants to get a hamster, and has bought an issue of Hamster magazine. another roommate (his girlfriend) has a pet snake. !
p.s. they're adapting one of the "Ramona" books for a movie! (as reported in the s.f. chronoicle)
