back at work, i'm reminded that every design field has their share of snobs and catty-types. (and i use "catty" because i can't think of the gender neutral version of obnoxious-gossipy-complaining prima donna right now).
but someone also reminded me today the value of taking personal pride in your work, no matter how ignored. the reverse is also true.
