So you'd think that spending 1.5 days with one person you could very well be a dreadful misallocation of time, but, really, it's NOT!

-i saw paul's studio for the first time, which is really amazing. he hates the place, but i think it's a damn good space (where else can you find a fireplace with carved inlay of naked figures?). and it doesnt smell THAT funny. oh yes, and i learned he is afraid of spiders. haha! His quote I doth quote: "Heavy, heavy-spirited people become lighter precisely through what makes others heavier, through hatred and love, and for a time they surface." I'm feelin it.
-it's lovely to be with someone when they are experiencing something for the first time. Especially if it is Ranch 99. So I introduced rico to this palace of wonders, yet what does he buy? HELLO PANDA. i secretly dug the sleazy old asian man, who asked if he "eats it," (i wont explain the dirtiness of the situation on this public blog); but, too bad, there weren't any bags of tapioca balls.
-i never thought i would hear jamiroquai being played live. but alas, i did. *ergh!* on another tangent, rico looks very coy when his hair is combed forward.
-my boss's therapist knew NABOKOV when she was a law student at Cornell at the age of fourteen. They spoke French to one another.
-in summary, top notch stuff! i'm very pleased...in ambiguous terms.

Closing remarks:

What I really wanna know, my baby,
what I really wanna say is there's just one,
way back,
and I'll make it, yea,
but my soul will have to wait.
yeah, yeah, yeah...
