If corporations are the new sovereign king, will they destroy national differences or enforce them (ie will China pose an incredible threat or super happy trove of spendors ...? Is capitalism an equalizing force in such cases between nations? Will it be US versus China as economic power, or the spenders and the makers? Lastly, can I get rich faster if I can get fluent in Chinese?)

Got Albany library card today from new llibrary on Marin; checked out 20th century chinese art (Tizight!!!), Chrysler Building book, and Ryu Murakami's "69," which seems cool, but has major possibility of being another lame 1969 nostalgia book (does it sound Woody to anyone? ... Norwegian woody?).

Continuing eating from bag of 90 pixie sticks, despite massive headache from sleeping 3 hours last night. But, I know that Roro feels even worse; I feel bad he has more tests to take this week, and I wish I could just nurse him back to health.
