x "OUR NEW HOME" (siqi and me) this is an affordable house in el cerrito: a one story, <1000 square foot single family residence located on cutting, views to the bay and sf skyline & bridges from two bedrooms, a terraced .12 acre south-facing lot, and one-car garage--$500 PER SQUARE FOOT. Potentially more. i'm glad i'm not putting the down payment. that's siqi's job. however, i am getting on my knees that this house's cost will not blow up, cuz i would be hootin and hollerin to live here next year. (wheeeheeeehooooooowheee!) if ro and sy and y move into bayside, in our current apt, we would have pool, hottub, and sauna to boot!

x i think i am amazingly lucky. i haven't had to sleep in room temperature below seventy degrees here at bayside ever. i've never starved. and even at my loneliest times, there's always a friend kind enough to listen. i have shelves breaking beneath books, and a closet bursting with crap. all art supplies are at my disposal. i've never had severe eating disorders or compulsive tendencies. if i want something badly enough, i usually get it, whether it's by my own will, my parents, friends...i have an elite, delicious, fucking crazy education where my brain is stimulated to climax. i work three to six hours a week and it's enough to pay for my eating out for the week. i live right next to a cosmopolitan city inside a region that is a cultural, idea magnet. i have a boyfriend who makes me laugh all the time, and picks me up from work. And our six month anniversary is in two days. fuck! i'm lucky as a mofo.

x my still can't feel all the way through my fingers, because a micro thin film of wood finish is coating them. but, we finished building the chair!!!! and dana's shooting it! YEAH, a "handsome" piece! super smile thanks to bruce and howard ^_^

x i was thinking about flows of information, in particular related to person-to-person micro, and internet media macro. i wonder what's out there to quantify such flows legally; i think it'd be awesome to see where i fit in within these meshed flows. (am i a dead end of information? maybe a bottleneck?)

x so, here's the proposed itinerary: spring break at the mojave. i'm going to start taking arch 133x on the ninth week of school. finish finals three days before graduation. within three days, move into the house siqi's buying. the night of 23rd of may, after graduation, we're flying out to italy: rome, sienna, san capistrano, florence, venice. arrive back to the states before the 21st of june for summer school, arch 101. that's the year so far.
